After reviewing my report on my eating habits and nutritional intakes, I feel it is high time to improve my diet and include more nutrient-dense foods. It was somewhat surprising to learn how many calories I consume on a daily basis. My overall calorie consumption jumped high on some days and was ideal on others. The recommended daily calorie intake, on the other hand, is determined by metabolism and levels of physical activity.
